Agreement to Terms

Intellectual Property

Materials, frameworks, and deliverables created during our engagement remain the property of Ghost Run LLC unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive usage rights for their specific business purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual consulting agreements. Payment is due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information shared during our engagement. We expect clients to respect the confidentiality of our proprietary methods and frameworks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Run LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with appropriate notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Terms regarding deliverables and payment remain in effect after termination.
